DAZN is destroying the GamePass NFL experience. Bring it back!

Years of Leaguepassmember so glad with him and now... sadness with dazn

First game of the season was borderline unwatchable live on DAZN. Side by side comparison with another streaming service during the game and it was no contest, the DAZN stream was far inferior -- blurry, nowhere near 1080p broadcast quality. Despite paying an arm and leg for Gamepass, I ended up switching off DAZN and watching the game on the other service. In previous years, NFL Gamepass was superb, super crisp and smooth picture and close to flawless performance. I am a Gamepass subscriber since it first became available to international fans, and I rely on it to follow my team as I do not live in the US. From what I can gather, DAZN is claiming 1080p quality (the signal maybe...), but as someone who has watched countless games over many years, this feels like I was inadvertently catapulted back in time by 20 years. Unacceptable in today's era, and certainly at the premium price point being charged. I gather that DAZN also intends to raise the price in future years, that's a hard no from me. Thank you to the petitioner for putting this together, I agree with all the points outlined, however in my humble opinion, fixing the quality of live (and recorded) games to last year's standard at a minimum is by far the most pressing concern and the one that I will vote on with my dollars should this not be remedied immediately. Final point -- a lazy 2 minute Google search will demonstrate to anyone interested (*cough Commissioner Goodell) how poorly DAZN's performance/service is. 265,000 people alone have voted on the Android app and given it a collective score of 2.7 out of 5. Sort reviews by new and read how many of them are specifically concerned with the incompetent migration of Gamepass. Hopefully someone with some influence somewhere involved reads and takes on board all of these votes, comments, and understands how poorly this reflects on the league. DAZN is ruining gamepass, it is ridiculous

A friend and I signed up for the DAZN unlimited package so you could have multiple locations only to find out that the extra purchased Gamepass is excluded from the feature....so we spent almost €500 for nothing and then you don't get any response from their customer support. I am feeling beyond deceived...

On their website thy are advertising 3 streams at the same time in the same network. But I can confirm that only one stream works at the same time.

In addition to the issues outlined in the petition. I am blocked from watching games live. I get a screen that asks me to sign up for $199.00 a year. DAZN has been debiting my bank account. So I am a subscriber already. Extremely unhappy with the DAZN service.

Same price, less benefits. Terrible value. Terrible streaming quality, blacks out quite often. But the absolute worst point is unable to stream two devices at once. NO watching multiple games. No watching RedZone and a game. This is an absolute rip off.

The user experience is a downgrade compared to the NFL owned NFL GamePass. The streaming quality is worse and the streams are unstable (I have had to reload countless times during the first TNF game). Not to mention the geo locking they have introduced is not reasonable for international customers who travel frequently.

Same price for 1/4 of the features? The stream quality is the biggest issue for me. 720p is unwatchable.

Pay the same price for less features, less access. When watching a recording you are instantly spoiled with the statistics summary. You can only watch on one device. NFL please bring back the gamepass the way it was. Truly considering not renewing and if I could maybe even get my money back for this season.

Got ready to watch the first game of the NFL season for my favorite team, the player kept crashing and disconnecting for no reason, I'm on 5G and 39mbps as measured by fast.com (as mentioned in their help screen), DAZN is incapable of providing content to its customers, and therefore I asked for a refund. The game is currently running and I'm missing it because of this service, no further discussion required. I think the NFL made a huge mistake with their decision to move away from their international app.

Why did the NFL ruin the NFL Football experience for us Europeans? NFL Game Pass was fantastic. DAZN is known for being HORRIBLE. Their player is awful, the terrible ads (non-american ads) are horrendous and a ton of features are missing. BRING BACK NFL GAME PASS. I won't pay for DAZN. It's AWFUL. NFL is dead to me as long as DAZN holds the rights here in Europe.

Paid. Got access for a few days, Gameday starts and I have a lock on my games for some reasom. Try to get to a help agent. In line for 45 minutes on the web. Get asked what my problem is, then an auto reply saying "no agents available. Take care" Awful
