It's crap. Hard to navigate, the FAQs don't answer anything, can't find which games are blacked out, can't find option to watch tonight's Miami game once the blackout is over. Been a nightmare from the start. Going to cancel my subs and just watch the Miami games on Sky - given how many there were last year (that I had to pay extra to watch live!) I'll get practically the full season! Huge mistake NFL!!!

Absolutely garbage. 720p in 2023 is unbelievable, the price is twice the actual game pass, ads are annoying and bad, and the streaming is buffering all the time

Horrible. I can't even complete the signup because it either crashes or gets an error code on the website, and customer service is WORTHLESS.

Loved GP, had it for years, I'm out with this DAZN joke. Got 9 more of my mates to drop out too. Go back to the old GP and we'll all return, but not with this joke of a service.

Utter garbage. No downloads (I usually watch on my ipad on my train to work), adverts not removed and poor quality broadcasts. How can you screw up a previously decent service this badly?

cancelled my subscription and won't sign up for GamePass on DAZN as long as we are not getting what we payed for!

Will be cancelling and not renewing until Gamepass is on another provider.

a month ago I spent 2 weekss not being able to sign in. 6 days ago the problem reappeared. Sign in process appears to be disabled as an invalid email get no response.

I paid for dazn but my account was frozen accidentally. They aren't fixing it for days and won't issue a refund.
