Could not stream the game, waited an hour for help and was told to 'refresh the page' then was disconnected from chat. The overall package is very low quality.

International viewer. Paid for 5 devices and 2 streams simult. - not even one working in Week 1. Level of downgrade from former NFL GP International is disgusting.

International viewer here. Complete downgrade on original gamepass app. How can u remove so many basic features and still charge full price. Its impossible to start a stream mid way through a game without ruining the score. This is why we pay so much, to have flexibility about how we watch.

Picture quality is awful, unwatchable on a modern TV. The app description on my TV is in Portuguese, even though my TV is set to English and I live nowhere near Portugal or Brazil.
I am an American living abroad who loves the NFL and wants to share it with my son. DAZN simply ruins it. I will be asking for a refund and surfing the high seas for RedZone.

I used to enjoy watching a full game in just over 2 hrs, hate 40minute option.
Picture quality is poor and often pauses.
Most annoyingly I only found out by my credit card bill that the service had been transferred to DAZN
