DAZN is destroying the GamePass NFL experience. Bring it back!

DAZN is absolutely horrific service. NFL Gamepass was not the best, but this is ridiculous. Wife tried signing up a few weeks ago, and got an error during the process. But she was looking at her card account and there was a pending charge, so she assumed it had gone through. The charge ended up being charged to our credit card, but then you go onto DAZN and it shows nothing. Chat with their support, and they can't find the charge because nothing is associated to the account. So tell me to dispute with my bank. Then tonight wife wants to watch a game, so try again (figure I can still dispute the earlier charge) and I end up getting the error again (technical issues, try again). So I try a third time, then go to my credit card account and they have charged me two more times. So at this point we are out almost $900 and still don't have access. Chat with them again, and after a long chat the agent disappears. Chat again, and they tell me they can't do anything without invoice numbers...which I don't have since we never received an invoice. Told me to call our bank to try and get invoice numbers, and the bank has an hour long wait on hold, and the chat can't last that long, so now 3 chats down, $900 spent, and no access. NFL needs to ditch this company. It is not fit for purpose. Now I am likely going to have to dispute $900 worth of charges with my bank, all because DAZNs payment system is useless.

My favourite shows GameDay Highlights and GameDay Final aren't available. This is the main reason I buy Gamepass. I won't buy it next year if these shows aren't available.

Impossible to watch several games at the same time. Poor streaming quality. Bugs making impossible to watch previous games ... and so more ...

So dissatisfied with the quality. Internet speed is fine. So slow and choppy. Shame on the NFL allowing this garbage viewing to us football fans who pay rather than stream off of some sites

DAZN is terrible. I’ve never been going to pay for that service in that company. Please come back to the old platform.

The Commanders game last night was unwatchable, and not for normal Commanders reasons! Jittering, juddering, but mostly the picture just froze (although the audio usually didn't). It jumped to live, it jumped back to the beginning, it was unwatchable

Watching NFL games on DAZN is far inferior to the NFL Game Pass experience. At least provide the option to stream the original U.S. audio. The clowns who call the game in German show a profound ignorance of the sport

The following are huge problems: 1. Can't "watch from the beginning" when joining a live game - this spoils the entire game because you will inevitably see the current score 2. Quality of "game in 40" experience has been massively degraded; plays are missing, game don't run to explain flags, and even later plays (e.g. from 3rd quarter) suddenly appear in 1st quarter (given away the score!) 3. Cannot see game without adds after game has concluded.

Terrible experience

The NFL Game pass app was excellent, now it's moved to DAZN, it's unwatchable. Over 2 hours to get it working on 1st Sunday of the season, due to "Too many devices" No ability to watch on my mobile devices if I'm at someone else's house using their WiFi No ability to download games for offline viewing. Poor stream quality. 50% of the time, i only get audio no video. Can no longer watch on my mobile/tablet whilst travelling abroad. required a purchase in every country i go to. Can't find NFL Network programs, such as Good Morning Football. Game in 40 isn't there. When I try and watch a game after it's finished, it shows all of the game stats on half of the screen. so it spoils the result. Even though I turned off scores. I could go on, and on, and on, and on. I have no idea why NFL would move a perfectly good application and streaming service to a company that is know for poor streaming and buggy apps. It appears that they are uninterested in providing a good service to international fans.

Terribke service. The ad literally says it would be better. No download feature, the games jump around all over the place in the UK. Blackout screen comes on when certain adverts are on. Been buying games pass for 12 years - really disappointing and I can’t get a refund.

I thought accessing GamePass on the PS4 the last few seasons was bad but this is awful on all devices!

I paid DAZN $279.99 for NFL games and now I find out they are just highlights. Is this real? I can watch highlights for free on Youtube. GamePass NFL, you have really messed up.. Provide the real thing, provide the service you provided previously, that's what you sold us by re-directing us to DAZN. Get rid of this DAZN crap deal, choose a better partner or do it yourself. This is a scam. It is of ZERO value and I'm completely amazed I was charged a fee for this. It's also FALSE advertising, because you sent us here, to provide the same product but via a different provider. This clearly is NOT the same product, at all.

I have been using game pass for a decade or so since moving abroad. This year I was charged for the full year even though I have emails and screenshots of the DAZN website saying our installment plan will still be in place. However, I was charged the full price. When I contacted DAZN chat I was told it would be escalated. Nothing happened for weeks. I finally spoke with my bank and provided evidence. Eventually I got an email saying 3 payments would be refunded. This morning I tried to access and was told I wasn't subscribed and needed to pay. DAZN has not responded to me EVER. This is getting ridiculous.

Dazn experience sucks, gamepass was way better and you pay the same amount!

NFL, this aint it. Don't try to offload an international fan base for a dollar.
