DAZN is destroying the GamePass NFL experience. Bring it back!

I’ve been a nfl gamepass subscriber for 6 years, I live in the EU. My dazn experience has been terrible, I have trouble on watching on 2 devices, I can’t downloads games to watch offline when I’m on business, I get spoilers when I try to watch a game that has already started, can’t watch more than one game at a time on one device, etc

I’m very unhappy with the delay to being able to watch full game replays. Like a lot of people overseas I enjoy watching the games I missed the next day, not free highlights I can find anywhere. If this doesn’t change I’ll cancel my subscription next year for the first time since 2012.

I am a pilot living in the Middle East. Dazn is the worst service. Whenever im in a different country i can view games. Says i can only view games in the country i purchased Dazn. This was not the case with Game pass. Only blackouts were some countries. Im getting a refund. NFL has destroyed there international fans.

I can’t find a single plus to DAZN, many negatives though including random numbers appearing on the screen and no full game reply. Fix it or you’ll have lost a customer.

Bad experience: spoilers (stats panel, game breaks left in gameIn40, game always starts in highlights mode), video replays are all over the place (Bengals-Browns 'game in 40m': I got 2mn of the 3rd quarter inserted towards the end of the 1st, Niners-Steelers: they leave game breaks, but cut out some of the plays or the refs announcement), 30s rewind is *horrible* when you're trying to rewatch the last play (obviously, 10s is much better), and no keyboard shortcuts to rw/ff. And that's only week 1...

Also the possibilty of 2 livestreams at the same time is gone

miss the features of gamepass including the commercial free full game available after the game had completed

Where's Game Day Final or any Game Day shows as stand alone options?

it has been awful. they are not showing full games after they ahve finished but only the highlights. they are not showing games in 40 at the moment. its a total shambles

It's worse than that here in Portugal with this being the first year. You can also add blocking all but 1 device (membership says 5), resolution is not even close to HD, asking to "confirm your upgrade" every time you switch to new game or redzone, no split screen viewing, overbilling and not reflecting payments, and lastly support is rediculous. Rude or don't answer at all.

Get this off that trash of a platform DAZN

The new game pass is awful, it’s bugged, it always says you’ve hit your device limit when you haven’t. It’s so much worse than the old game pass

I miss the old game pass.
