The DAZN app is nowhere near as good as the original NFL Gamepass. It's cheap and the quality has severely suffered from DAZN's poor management. I hate this app.

I watch it in Spain due to the lack of alternatives, and it indeed is the worst app I have. The issue lags for years now, someone at NFL may be taking a bribe to keep this partnership.

I had Game Pass International, worked perfectly, then I was forced to switch to DAZN and the service was so bad I ended up terminating the contract after a couple of weeks.

Dazn didn’t let me watch bills ravens and also spoiled the game by revealing the outcome, the app locked me out of the game and revealed that the bills won, it also broke down during the third quarter of rams eagles, and then when i demanded my money back they made me wait 25 minutes and refused to refund my money. This app is total garbage, im so angry that they ruined bills ravens 2025, one of the most anticipated games in years and ultimately a classic.

Customer service is terrible. They cannot fix anything and keep going around in circles with each new answer a new rep and a repeat of an answer 2 emails ago. Total joke no phone contact... Email only.

DAZN NFL gamepass mobile ap is down again today, in the middle of the first round playoff games. Can’t watch any gamepass in Australia right at the critical time of the season. Very disappointing.

Every other streaming service are fine DAZN is always bad especially at playoff time when they have more viewers per game spend spend more money on your service or get out of the business so we can get the NFL games from another company that knows how to do it right

DAZN is not good and they increased the cost for the season by increasing from 4 to 6 monthly instalments. That’s not ok.

App is unbearably slow on Android TV. Every game is choppy whether it is live or a replay. A horrible experience all around.
