Fully agree - should not have to watch commercials on the replay of a stream. Major downgrade from last year!!!

Es un horror la aplicación, difícil acceso, no se puede configurar el idioma, los juegos dolo 1 está en español, no se descarga la aplicación en una tv samsumg la unica forma de ver el partido es en el celular, horrible

No split screens. 30 second rewind. I use ethernet on main TV and wifi on Ipad, and it doesn't allow it.
It sucks.

They can't even provide an access code that doesn't expire before I use it so what hope of any decent service. Their customer service is non existent.

TErrible. I was using dazn fine until one day I couldn't. I contacted customer support 3 times and they told me to just wait a day. Then I got in touch and they told me that I breached the contract and I need to make a new subscription- and I wont get a refund! So they basically just stole 125$. They said I used a vpn...but I live abroad and have my subscription abroad. It's crazy. I'm so mad.

Live in Switzerland. Signed up in Switzerland. Paid in Swiss Francs. Halfway through the first game I got kicked out and when I tried to log back in, it told me that I couldn't log in because I wasn't in the country where my account was registered. Support was useless, because they told me to contact my internet service provider and have them provide my internet from the country I was living in. my ISP thought I was insane. I can't get a refund, and I can't even log into my account. I had to create a second account just to access the help system.

This move to DAZN offers such poor service in terms of quality and features previously offered by NFL Game Pass. I assumed it was a straightforward migration and feel I'm not getting the offer as advertised. Cynical bad form NFL and DAZN

The NFL Gamepass app used to be fantastic. This migration was totally unnecessary and it is awful. A huge step back. Via chat I was told no discount or partial refund despite me paying the same for a vastly inferior product. Why NFL...why?
