DAZN is terrible in comparison to the old game pass. Red zone streaming is always off with respect to sound and viewing. Especially we moving forward or back 30s. No possibility to choose watching a game from beginning that has already started. These are honestly two fundamental processes that have been awful through 1.5 weeks

The price is too high given the fact that I can't watch all my team's games due to different timezones. There is no cheaper subscription for red zone only. Cannot pay game by game basis.

I am an American living and working abroad and I have used the NFL Gamepass for years without any problems. By comparison, the new Dazn (is it pronounced "Days Inn?") is a total failure. The Dazn apps and websites will allow me to open an account...yet the next day, I receive error messages that it is unavailable in my location. Forget about the actual game content, I can not even access my account. And worst of all is the poor customer service. There is no email contact to be found and only a stupid chat robot. The NFL needs to fix this post-haste or I will never watch them again.

A lot of disappointment. The biggest issue is the streaming quality. If that wont change, I will quit my subscription after 6 Years as a GP subscriber...

DAZN in UK got hold of my credit details from NFL Gamepass and has tried every few days, for over 2 months take £151 without my agreement. Luckily I cancelled the credit card account and no monies can be taken. Their (NFL and DAZN) approach is sketchy at best and level of hubris is undeniable. I have been a paying Gamepass subscriber since it first arrived in UK - I won’t be paying to subscribe to DAZN until they act professionally.

1) Ability to watch abroad
2) Download games
3) No commercials when watching at a later point
