No fun in watching NFL this year. Watching since first week of preseason, but I'll stop soon. Not gonna pay next year. Dazn delivered complete garbage. Not even worth a quarter of its pric.

More flaws:
1. Highlights are sometimes up to 13! minutes. What used to be a concise 5 minute highlights summary now includes irrelevant plays and too many replays. On highlights it is particularly irritating to use the 30 seconds skip.
2. Blackout games in the UK are understandable, but also highlights of blackout games are delayed till 24 hours after the end of the game.
3. No trial period and strickt no refund policy.

Longer available - different formats of replays, game downloads for offline viewing etc - really a much, much worse viewing experience! I’m really disappointed.

Add to the list: Game in 40 edits missing plays and in the case of Pitt/Clev MNF, an entire series in the 2nd Qtr; App defaults to highlights (instant spoiler) instead of giving choice of game format (full,40, etc); When watching "as-live" (accomplised only by covering up the screen and quickly moving the slider to the beginning), the stream crashes when the game ends and you have to start all over;

I've sent 2 emails already requesting commercials to be removed from replays. They said "they hope" to improve - I reminded them that this was a key selling point of the original GP. I try skipping commercials and half the time the video freezes and I have to reload. I will not be renewing my subscription. DAZN utterly suck beyond belief

Had to cover 3/4 of my face to not get spoiled by the highlights video and the stats on the right, they can’t edit out the commercials and you can’t download the game. Why the heck did I pay the same price than the Game Pass if half of the options disappeared?

The move to dazn is making the nfl season 2023 a very bad experience. Can't download and watch off line. Which makes impossible to watch when you commute. Can't watch a full game if it's not live. Bad quality

no full game replays bought me here.
UI is terrible.
Cannot switch between games without having to navigate back to clunky games screen.

Poor video quality, no download on portable device, ads in relive games... That's a downgrade at the same price, for sure.

NFL clearly has put $ before fan experience selling on to DAZN - significant downgrade - as a UK fan it's the last straw - I won't be a part of after years a subscriber.

No downloads. No 'start from beginning' in live games. A delay in getting the Game In 40s online. Ridiculous.
