We have bought GamePass for a number of years now as a birthday present for my son. He has told me of his disappointment with the new platform & having read various reports I agree that the DAZN offering is substandard to what has previously been offered

Just lost it! Dazn app says I’m offline, with a message covering the entire screen. Though the sound keeps running, and I can get the video in a smaller window by minimizing the app. Add another bug…

TERRIBLE.
WAS NOT EASY TO NAVIGATE.
CONSTANTLY STALLED.
DURING LIVE GAMES HAD MANY BUFFERING ISSUES WHERE HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PREVIOUSLY.

need to be able to watch a live game from the BEGINNING and not have the score ruined.

Dazn is a major step backwards. The device limit implementation does NOT work. It is a terrible bad joke. All devices are signed out / removed from the devuce list and you still have to sign out and back in on the device you are currently on. Vudeo quality feels like back bin 2010

I have raised tickets with DAZN and NFL, the streaming quality is so bad. I was willing to forgive the changes in functions but the brain watching of a game has to be viable.

DAZN is horrible. Lack of features. Breaks filled with commercials for 15 year old episodes of NFL films presents. I don't want to see Brady cry every break!

DAZN has been a kick in the teeth to long term UK fans who have helped build the NFL brand in Europe. It is a hopeless app and they don't care.

Signed up, they took my money… twice. Couldn’t stream and all items are locked off. Still have my money and I still can’t watch on week 3…

Crash, buffer, crash (although I have no problems streaming Netflix or HBO on the same devices from my home network). C'mon NFL, you can do better.

Glad there's a petition. DAZN is ruining my NFL experience and I've already unsubbed. I want the old app which I was ok to pay high price for, I'm not ok with paying high price for this low budget DAZN garbage.
