DAZN is destroying the GamePass NFL experience. Bring it back!

DAZN is a catastrophe for NFL. Live games are ok but the catch up experience is appalling. I won’t be renewing next season unless there is significant improvement

Was overbilled initially (significantly higher than last year's prices which was promised). Then, after price difference was credited back, I'm unable to use the service at all and support has given me the runaround 6+ times, then promised refund twice while not actually giving the refund. Absolutely abhorrent service that the NFL should be ashamed of.

24 + hours later and still not able to watch blackout games never had this problem with game pass DAZN is horrible setup and quality

My biggest gripe is the removal of the redzone box on a game feed, you’re watching your game and can switch to redzone when commercials come on. Paying the same price for less of a service is criminal

DAZN is absolutely awful. The worst streaming service I have come across. Ashamed the NFL has made such a poor decision to their international fanbase. Streaming quality and buffering are so bad, I have high speed internet and when I click the stupid 30 second fast forward button it freezes and struggles to load, then I end up watching a pixelated game for the next couple of minutes... Not to mention if I am behind on a live game and I'm clicking the fast forward button it can freeze out and then load the game at the final score, thus, ruining said game for me, it has done this 4 or 5 times now. I have been a GP subscriber for the past 7 or so years and I have already cancelled my subscription for next year (I would of done it this year but I couldnt access my settings to change payment details because of technical issues when they first took over) buuuttt there is no way I am giving them my money until they vastly improve.

DAZN has ruined watching the NFL for me. Spoiler stats bar on the right side of screen, no download available, 30 second fast forward is horrible, stream starts before choice to choose between video type or where to start in game, etc etc. I will not be renewing my subscription next year. Old NFL Game Pass was SOOO much better

DAZN takes all the fun out of NFL...Ads are annoying af. I want the american commentators. This is simply boring now.

Worst thing for me is not being able to watch a live game from the start.

I've subscribed to Game Pass for many years, and the two most important features for me were the ability to view games whilst travelling outside of my home country, and the ability to download games for viewing offline. Very unhappy camper to have lost these features. Emails from NFL Game Pass told us: "DAZN will offer you everything you’ve enjoyed on NFL Game Pass". Perhaps they should have told DAZN!

Such an awful move by the NFL. Cannot stand the downgrade from Game Pass to DAZN

I’m especially pissed that they’ve not cut the US ads from the full game replays. Not living in the US these ads are useless anyway, plus paying a hefty subscription should mean I get an ad free service. Also the interface is terrible compared to previous and often crashes when winding forward or back, making skipping through the ads even more frustrating

Terrible experience. No download function and adverts on non-live replays. Will look to cancel from next season.

DAZN is worthless! It’s slow, always buffering, poor resolution, and lacks all of the best features of Game Pass. Please bring Game Pass back!

Dazn really sucks. Impossible to watch the games
