Either unable to watch or it’s looks like I’m watching on a potato. Will report to ACCC if nothing is done, paying money and can’t access the service.

As I have already reached out to them on Twitter, DAZN have wrecked the viewing experience on full match playback when the game goes to commercial you are plagued with the most awful filler music and visuals when these are not required and the whole game can be stitched together without any need for adverts. The playback also crashed multiple times.

Terrible coverage, broken up by a loading/holding screen constantly. Little laggy footage. This is a poor copy of the original game pass, missing commentary and or adverts, or highlights or anything to keep the flow of the broadcast going.

The experience so far has been so disappointing and the season hasn't even started. I doubt my subscription will last the whole season.

No all 22 is particularly bad. This is an analyst tool and justified part of the high price tag for Game pass.

As an American living in Germany, I have not yet subscribed to DAZN for exactly the reasons given in this petition. I want the full Game Pass experience or I will find another option to watch the games. This downgrade in quality is unacceptable.

Not happy with DAZN whatsoever. First the fact my personal details were passed on to a third party, assuming I’d renew with them despite this change. I’m pretty sure this goes against GDPR data privacy. Also, took payment for 100% of renewal, rather than in instalments as per previous provider. Have subsequently cancelled and had a refund due to all of these factors.

Absolutely horrid service. Such a bad choice by NFL to use this contractor to expand to the International audience. Everything is much worse than the last one.
