GP subscriber since it became available in Europe, incredibly disappointed in NFL for associating with dazn, a shady provider well known for scamming their customers whilst providing a poor service

DAZN have ruined gamepass for international fans. They illegally took full subscription from my bank despite me cancelling, and they are yet to refund my money as promised. The platform is awful and features like game in 40 and download are essential for fans who want to enjoy the sport

A slap in the face to all overseas fans of the NFL. Appalling video quality, commercial breaks plastered over with an awful montage featuring an obnoxious audio track and terrible customer support. If there's a quality or standards clause in the NFL's contract with DAZN, they need to invoke it immediately. Give me back the old Game Pass!

Shocking service, terrible billing , has charged me twice and had to make numerous calls and discussions to the chatbot to arrange a refund. The actual product is garbage as well. Once I get my refund I will have nothing to do with gamepass until it's on a better platform
