Also, no other plan is possible than the most expensive one. I had the Essential-plan with GamePass and I was very happy with that.

Please bring back the american das and the download function. I already miss watching the game in 4 monday morning on my commute

All of the above points are valid. The quality of product has certainly reduced. I've had Game Pass since it started way back and this is the wort version so far. It has not been a good move made by the NFL and I believe it's a 10 year deal.

I subscribed to DAZN GP in Germany. As a frequent Traveler I miss the option of watching Game Pass outside of Europa (Japan etc.) If I cant watch Game Pass during my Travels, its worthless for me. Also the download option is very important in case you are offline (cruiseship etc.)

DAZN is a disgrace. There is no customer service. Emails go unanswered, the Live Chat reps don't have answers for my questions. The commercial breaks are so frustrating with this screenshot and the sound effects. Why aren't the commercial breaks cut out of the games after they've been broadcast live? Didn't the NFL advertise Game Pass as watching commercial-free football? It seems like the people at DAZN have never EVER even watched the previous Game Pass options. I love the NFL but this will be my last season subscribing. How can the NFL allow this to happen to their international customers/fans? I don't understand and feel totally taken advantage of.

Completely agree. Used to love the every snap in 90 feature. Especially to watch a Monday night before going to work in the morning. Now it's not there. Also, just went to watch the Eagles v Browns game from last night and can only watch the Highlights! So annoying and such a downgrade.
