DAZN is destroying the GamePass NFL experience. Bring it back!

I've been using GamePass since it was made available in the UK. The DAZN viewing experience is appalling. I quite honestly can't stand the DAZN advert anymore and the buffering is insane. Certainly will not renew again and probably will cancel my 2023 subscription unless matters improve quickly.

Really bad (unbearable) experience with DAZN that I unsubscribed completely. I hope NFL would reconsider going back to the original NFL Game Pass International.

Bring back the adverts

Watch from beginning should be there, also DAZN putting their own adverts into the middle is poor. It should just be the live stream end of

There are some other issues not described in the petition: 1) missing plays on "game in 40' "; 2) Highlights when "game in 40' " button is pushed; 3) game in 40' when "highlights" button" is pushed; 4) missing "game in 40' " video in some games; 5) poor customer service.

Terrible service transition to DAZN from NFL.

Either show all commercials always or edit them out in the fule event replays. Anything else and I will cancel and demand a refund.

In addition to the listed complaints, I watched a "Game in 40", and it ended with 8 minutes left to go in the game! Completely ruined a previously excellent product.

This product is ridiculous and if it isn't fixed in the next few months I'll demand a refund through my bank.

The nfl gamepass stand alone was better than Dazn. Give it us again!

I'm sure DAZN management are finding this Internet maelstrom inconsequential right now. They might even find a petition quite funny. How quaint! Trust us DAZN, the impact of over 3000 petition signers and awful reviews across the entire global NFL fanbase might not be felt this year but DAZN will certainly feel it next year when the NFL come knocking for their yearly cash and Game Pass subscribers have drastically reduced. I'm a fair man, fans who are legally streaming the NFL are, so DAZN have this season to improve and restore all the features that are missing; top priority being the restoration of live pre-game / half time shows / American ads / replays coupled with the removal of your own ads and ridiculous screensaver when switching between and watching live games. I've already blocked any future Paypal payments to DAZN. So my default position is "Cancelled for 2024" The vast majority of subscribers will be in exactly the same position. Over to you, DAZN. Regular season is almost upon us. If I'm not seeing Terry Bradshaw mixing his names up on FOX, adverts for 4WD vehicles and chicken on my TV in a few weeks, then I'll know that DAZN think that lying in mailshots is acceptable behaviour. Everything I "know" about the existing Game Pass service is most certainly not being provided.
