Why can’t we have a monthly fee and be able to cancel because it sucks, why do we have to sign up for 12 months of a bad product. I WANT MY NFL!!!!!

The DAZN experience is highly disappointing, the app is cluncky and not user friendly. The adverts are now gone which was a key part of feeling part of the action with the analysis from experts.
The DAZN app is lacking in features for example the lack of ability to download games. Your unable to use on a VPN which is a real turn off.
Please can we go back to the old app version as the expire experience from start to now has been horrendous.

DAZN overpromise and underdeliver. When awarding international broadcast rights, the NFL made a major error in going with the highest bidder and not highest quality bidder.

I really hope the NFL game pass can return soon to Eataly because the service provided by Dazn is actually awful.
