Today i happened to visit Orchid Springs site of Alliance , i was thrilled with the location as it just took five minutes from

Annanagar Thirumangalam junction .

• Their Design reminded me of Singapore , elegant with more open space
• Lake view was amazing and i was surprised such a big and clean lake within corporation limits of chennai.
• 50,000 sft clubhouse international standard , seems to be the biggest in chennai.
• It was so nice to see resident enjoying outdoor sport facility like tennis court, cricket net practise pitch,
• Awesome wind flow which created w excellent airflow among the residences
• Earlier i knew that this project was delayed but today when i visited the project i understood that “Late comes with Latest”
