I dont think the cost to use other clubs should double in price I have been using other clubs for a long period of time as I move around the uk it's one of the best thing to be part of David Lloyds, i am on a corporate membership which domt seem to matter i have been a member for many years i am now considering to end my membership and look else where

I firmly believe the proposed changes in membership for spa access are over inflated and do not represent a fair price increase but rather a prompt recoup on cost for a broken plunge pool that is not the fault of the members. Please review the price.

Changing the rules for existing members seems unfair especially when you consider that Hampton members get preferential treatment with court bookings at Heston. Feels like double standards are being applied.

Long standing and committed members who already pay high premiums compared to DL competitors are being penalised for their loyalty. Policing the facilities against guests, non members and gatecrashers should be considered to restrict spa activities to members only

it's not correct to penalize members especially joined in 1996

I only use DL Hampton a few times a year and even then the Spa is not at all ‘crowded’. This appears to be a scheme to force members to fork out more money. Completely unacceptable downgrading of membership, will consider leaving DL if this is implemented.

We joined the platinum level of membership on the basis of being able to use any club. Restricting access to certain clubs does not sound like ‘platinum’ membership and is a clear downgrading of our existing membership benefits, completely unacceptable.

Appalling from DL to change the goal posts for members. They have even increased the prices of food and beverages without notification. As members we are and should be allowed to use all facilities at any club. This is the old saying ‘divide and conquer ‘ tactics

I think there is a hidden agenda to all this.I feel being excluded from the spa area is the last frontier that needs equally opened up to all in the name of diversity

I purchased a Platinum membership on the premise of full access to all facilities within majority of clubs. It feels like the David Lloyd’s monopoly is rewriting the Terms and conditions of my contract and raising my fees. This is not fair...

I think this is not fair as we pay part of our membership to access all clubs if that is the case they should only gate the zen garden
