This is such a nice club to play at would be sad to see it loose the courts where so many people play!

This is terrible! A health club dismissing a sport that keeps people young and old fit mentally and physically healthy!

If these squash courts were not being used or underused then by all means look for ways to get more people to be active. At least consult with your membership before committing to a change in use.

David Lloyd Glasgow West End destroyed a healthy squash scene with 4 successful teams by removing one of our courts 2 years ago. No consultation or consideration for its members. Presumably DL is trying to make itself more attractive for the desired sale of the business to a traditional gym chain.

Shocking news from David Lloyd! They must reconsider their ill informed decision. Tilbury squash wholeheartedly support the team .

Sign of the times that other activities are seen as better use of the space especially in clubs taken over by DL

Forbes magazine rated Squash the No.1 sport for all-round fitness. It is an amazing sport that is enjoying a resurgence since its heyday in the 70's. Saving courts is vital to its future so I implore David Lloyd not to close theirs in favour of yet another fad workout class that will be here today and gone tomorrow.

This is so short sighted and why would anyone who actually cares about sport close squash courts . The game is brilliant and growing in so many parts of the world.

Why take away something that benefits so many of the local community and club members. Niall has done an excellent job and this should be recignised by David Lloyd
