David James Doppler is the type of man who would give the shirt off his back, however he has been incarcerated since the age 18 equaling 20 years. He has grown in many outstanding ways. He has numerous degrees from credited local colleges. He has learned many skills from computer technician to building many different items to learning to help and mentor mental health inmates, which is what he is currently doing with his time in prison. He a strong advocate for those around him. In addition, to working with the disabled community he is also a active participant in the restorative justice program , which promotes growth and repair for the victims who have been harm from crimes. And he is also an amazing artist. David has continued to touch so many lives and he has many great mentors and support. He is a kind, caring, and a loving soul. From day one, David has always tried to make up for his wrong doings. He now has the opportunity to show people how great of a man he has become. David is filing for commutation.
