Agreed, very simple, if the government wants more it should pay more.

Consultant supporting juniors in Paediatrics. Specialities that already provide excellent cover 24/7 will be hit hardest and morale is at an all time low

It's prudent that DOH explains what they truly mean by 7-at NHS: a routine operation on Sunday morning?? As mentioned earlier the proposed utopian "7-day"NHS cannot be achieved by merely spreading existing staff which is barely enough for 5-day services!
Lastly, this contracts completely ignores why the junior doctors are in hospital for: the training..

Imposition of an unsafe unfair contract will show that the government is determined to create conditions which can only be solved by selling off all the NHS to the private sector

Agree whole heartedly. Basic common sense, don't know why the government can't see it.
Saddened by the relentless victimisation of hard working committed doctors through the implementation of this ridiculous contract.
Totally agree with sentiments. A mere patient
Consultant Oncologist.
Of significance is that current contracts are NOT a barrier to reform of services. Please don't make this dispute worse by imposing contract
