FIRST TIME OFFENSE SHOULD BE LIFE. Why do we keep letting them back out to hurt someone else? Fix the laws now.
Enough is enough. My heart hurts for that poor boy and his family. Lock them up and throw away the key. STOP letting these monsters back on the street!

How many times does this have to happen before someone does something? Protect the kids not the criminals.
