Daves Aquarium Bolton to be boycotted and closed down

Shut it down please and get the authorities involved

Daves aquariums..... More like daves torture tanks, the place is a disaster, aquarium section is poorly maintained, birds furry ect all cramped in a small room with no natural daylight or fresh air, and as for the supplys area there's stuff all over the place, if I could take ownership I would...... Close it and do a full revamp and rejig the whole place but there not for selling it as I've offered numerous times, it would make a nice family experience if done properly.

Went it for fish came out with nothing but heartache was crying my eyes out at the state the animals were in. Reported dead fish in the water but they wasn't bothered.

We went in and was disgusted at the condition of the tanks will never go again was upsetting to see how the animals were kept .the rspca needs to go in here

DISGUSTING living conditions and the staff are just awful. Theres an actual mere cat on sale all alone for £1000 just sad

so sad to read all this as it was a great place when it first opened in the old church many years ago

I went in to this store around a year ago am witnessed a bird attacking and eating 2 other birds I told a member of staff and all they did was grab it and put it in another cage these 2 birds we're badly bleeding and obviously nothing got done about it probably leading them ro die. Ive Not stepped foot in that place since this incident as I think it is animal cruelty all over that place and defiantly needs to be shut down. You shouldn't even need a petition to confirm this so shut them down!!!!!!!! Immediately

This place is a slaughter house. The animals are kept in horrible, cruel conditions. I have not entered the place since I saw a solitary meerkat in a tank which screamed of cruelty, when in nature do you see a lone meerkat??? Only when banished from the group are they single. My brother's snake only lasted a few weeks before withering away. It's a dreadful place. Do us all a favour and shut it down.

I went in the other day to pick something up for my fishes with my daughter and my other half I went to take my little girl to see the animals the smell was nasty coming from the animals some of the cages were open around the snake area birds had pulled there feathers out through stress , the birds were trying to fly out of there enclosure and doing things repeatedly like there going insane , it not how it use to be when I was a little girl the animals need taken to a lovely wild life centre and enjoy free spirit not to be locked away in tiny cages that smell horrid this place need new owners to bring it back to life Or to be closed down

I worked there for 11yrs under Dave/John the place was always immaculate and im disgusted at the way its being run now the guy should never of been allowed to buy the placd in the first place.
