went to the cafe here last week OMG it is discusting,tables and counter was filthy,staff was so scruffy,and the play area: Jesus i wouldnt let my dog play on it never mind my kids it was discustingly filthy,the mats and balls which should have been yellow was actually black.the games machines was all falling apart with no fronts on them,sides hanging off waiting for kids to mess with them and get injured.this place needs a visit from ROSPA and Food Hygiene who im sure would shut it down on the spot

5 fish were diseased that I bought and killed other fish. Shop is vile and cruel and staff are rude

He's right I live near and honestly the housing for the creatures is wayyyy too small

I bought 8 fish from this store. Within a week of perfect care, 3 were already dead. Also the store is disgusting and the products are rubbish quality.

I HAVE BEEN REPORTING THEM FOR YEARS. THEY SELL MEERKATS WITHOUT A LICENSE AND TO PEOPLE WITHOUT LICENSES.
THEY LEAVE DEAD FISH IN THE TANKS WITH LIVE FISH.
THEIR BIRDS ARE PULLING FEATHERS AND THE MAMMALS ARE KEPT IN SQUALORS AND TJE REPTILES HAVE SCALE ROT.
ITS DISGUSTING.

The conditions are disgusting. Dead fish floating, dirty small tanks . Reptiles crammed in tiny cages under hot lights. In the reptile and parrot room music was blasting and all the animals looked dead on the inside.

Horrible place! Half of the fish were dying,The birds are all cramped into small cages. The smell that comes soon as you open the door is vile! Its horrible seeing the animals in this state wont be going again!

This place is awful and I refuse to go as it brings tears to my eyes everytime I see the terrible conditions the animals are living in. I can't believe in 2017 we still alow places like this to exist let along profit from it.

Mear-cat in front window, wrong toys, on his own, very cruel... not right facilities.
Snakes, in small units - cat litter tray as water pond. Rabbits have no toys- minimal space. Birds in small cages -to many in one cage. Ceiling collapsing- carpet filthy danger hazord needs to shut down

Iv seen the animals with out food i told staff but they did nothing. the place stinks & it looks like it needs knocking down before it falls down.
