Absolutely shocking pet shop, broke my heart when we visited, I reported and haven’t dared to set foot back that shocking place since, feel so sorry for those animals, the room with the birds and rodents and reptiles I couldn’t even breathe in there it stunk so bad! How is this place still open??

Absolutely horrific conditions it was like going back to Victorian times the way the animals was being kept.

I went in here on Sunday and have never seen anything as bad as this place in all my life. The poor Meerkat looked so depressed. It needs to be closed down.

Place is revolting not what it used to be when I was a child and it’s a health and safety hazard to the people visiting and the poor animals who have to suffer and live there
