For several years now we have experianced an ongoing problems with the Gates to the community. On half a dozen or more occasion the gates have been broken, during each of these times Management Professional Inc. 530 Construction Lane, Lehigh acres, Florida 33936 (the HOA management company) has simply put an band iad on this problem, and has failed to address the problem adequatly, and has cost the the Daniels Park Community many thousands of dollars. Further more, together with the President of the HOA President (Dough Speigel) they have made a decission (without consulting the Home Owners) to simply leave these Gates open from 6.0am to 6.0p, Monday through Friday. This exposes the Home Owners, to an unsafe environment (break ins, vandalism, and possible assaults). It is for these reasons we are recomending the removable of both the Managment Company, as well as the HOA President. The solution to this problem is to tear down these gates, and replace them with a wider single gate, so as to eliminate the contenious break down by oversize vehicles for the last three years. This would have been a better alternative, and less costly to the Daniels Park Community.
