Today in the first part of the final and most important Head of Household competition for the television series Big Brother 8, Daniele Donato, one of three finalists was unfairly disqualified. She was standing on a carrot stump and a mechanical \"rabbit\" on a pole was swinging around and she would have to jump over it. Daniele was doing fine until the rabbit gradually slowed down and came to almost a complete stop right in front of her, causing her to trip and fall, resulting in her disqualification. The author of this petition feels that this is extremely unfair because the machine only malfunctioned in front of Miss Donato rather than the other competitors. We ask that CBS either allows Daniele to reenter the competition or else start a whole new one to be fair to ALL of the competitiors, as this was NOT Daniele\'s fault.
