This petition is being set forth as an acknowledgement and recognition of Daniel Moreno's exceeding support of Angel Julian Moreno.  Its signers recognize Daniel's monetary, physical and emotional support of Angel extends far above and beyond the regular parental obligations he has. Support for Angel Moreno includes, but is not limited to, the following:

1. Contributes to Angel's expenses outside visitation periods with Daniel Moreno

2. Provides money to mother to help with holiday expenses examples include birth days, Halloween costumes, school supplies, etc.

3. Purchases clothing on a continual basis, almost every time he's with Daniel Moreno

4. Clothing is sent back with Angel to ensure that he has adequate clothing, next to never being returned.

5. Consistently taking Angel for recreational activities, movies, events, etc. 

6. Daniel maintains an optimal residential location to facilitate and promote constant visitation and communication with Angel Moreno.

We the signers of this petition feel that any additional legal obligations placed on Daniel Moreno would greatly impact his ability to provide superior support for Angel Moreno and will result negatively on the quality of life for the child as Daniel will be unable to ensure any additional support will be utilized for the betterment and support of Angel Moreno. 

Additionally, we are willing to provide full testimony to this extent and will be available as required by the court.
