I worked for 40 years and invested my 401k. Like many who invested I retired and now I have nothing for the future.Why hasn't anything been done to address this robbery of millions of dollars from people like me.If Mr Butterfield walked into a bank and stole 24 million dollars would he even be charged??I and many others are waiting for the Attorney general and the Az corporation commission to do something..My faith is dwindling to say the least..

I Invested my entire life savings with Daniel Buttefield and his IPX.Hhe was supposed to pay me interest at 15%. He hasnt paid a dime since April 1st 2018 using the AZCC's Cease and Desist order as a pretext. Azcc's "law enforcement" hasnt amounted to a hill of beans so far. And Attorney General Brnovich keeps passing the buck back to the Azcc without taking any action on my complaints. Is this America? Can you blame people for taking the law into their own hands? these Law Enforcers-so called- are all a waste of the tax payers hard earned money.

Where is Attorney General Mark Brnovich? Repeated requests for an investigation into this possible Ponzi - like illegal financial scam have been ignored. These investors may have only one option - to take a tax loss on their investment. BUT they cannot do this until the courts declare it as fraudulent and illegal. The Az Corp Commission cannot address the possible criminal aspects, just their claim of security law violations. SOMEONE NEEDS TO DO THE RIGHT THING FOR THESE VICTIMS.
