May the Holy Spirit and Saint Michael guide you, Bishop Estévez , as you lead the members of our diocese in the steadfast, compassionate defense of our Catholic tenants.

Dear Bishop, We have been blessed to share our 15 grandchildren with you, so you know how very concerned we are not just for ourselves, but for these precious ones we love so dearly. Our faith is our number one blessing, our family is our second. I’m very worried that this Equality Act, if passed, will harm the lives of my grandchildren in ways I cannot even imagine now. Also, what will happen to our priests as they speak the truth of our faith from the pulpit? What will happen to our Catholic schools and hospitals when our government will demand our actions go against our faith? There has not been a forceful response from the USCCB, I truly and respectfully wish there was. I am humbly asking that you please bring awareness to as many as possible in our diocese about the truth of Equality Act. I know you are such a prayerful man, I will be praying you can help us, one voice and many prayers are so powerful. God Bless you. Please help us.

Please enlighten the parishioners throughout the Diocese of this dangerous legislation so that they may become vocal advocates of maintaining our religious values.

“Anyone who lives and proclaims the faith of the Church is on many points out of step with the prevalent way of thinking. The approval of the prevailing wisdom, however, is not the criterion to which we submit. Today’s regnant agnosticism has its own dogmas and is extremely intolerant regarding anything that would question it and the criteria it employs. Therefore the courage to contradict the prevailing mindset is particularly urgent for a bishop today. He must be courageous,” Pope Benedict XVI Thank you again Bishop Estevez for carefully considering this request Bob and Monica Mylod

Thank you for all you do. Never has our Faith and our children been so threatened. Let us remember the words of St. Pope Paul VI: “Merely to remain true to the faith is not enough. Certainly we must preserve and defend the treasure of truth and grace that we have inherited...” Ecclesiam Siam

To my dear Bishop! There are no safe places on this direct attack on my Church! Your diocese is in hand of dark forces should you ignore legislation directed to sully Jesus. Please act NOW.

Most Reverend Bishop Estévez, We already have a true equality act - We are all children of God! He gave us equality! We must respect that, not redefine it. Please, offer your wise and holy words to the USCCB and the powers that be to tell them all that we, your flock, trust God - not the government to make us see and believe what in not true. In Jesus' name, I pray on bended knee.

This is more than “politics” and not the only issue before us that infringes on our liberties, our society, our culture, and so much more relating to those in power, the emerging ruling class bent in fundamentally transforming America. Please,, you have the moral authority to to define these laws as intrinsically evil. Exercise that authority in the name of all that is free and holy.

This is evil and a very dangerous legislation. The most precious freedom we have is our Religious freedom. We can’t afford to lose it.
