A number of parents find cycling is a good way to accompany their kids to school. However, the one-way system of 'little' Botanic Rd and St.Cuthberts Rd makes this difficult. It would be a big help if a cycle contra-flow lane could be provided on both those roads. It would also help if Sunny Rd and St.Cuthberts Rd were closed to general trafic i.e. for 'Residents Motor Vehicles Only. This worked for Farnborough Rd, so why not do it here?

As a youngester I use to go to Churchtown and lived opposite the school on Sunny Road, I can remember quite a lot of traffic then but can only imagine that this has now become much much worse. There is obviously not enough places to park for all parents that wish to pick their children up from the school, perhaps a school bus to ferry children home would now be appropriate in this situation!

in considerate drivers also bloke drive ways so you can not get into or out of your own house/drive way, when you have to go out in your car, and ask drivers to move, the verbal abuse and foul language is shocking.

All cars should be banned from the whole block. Sunny Road, St Cuthberts Close, Manor Road.

I think it is very dangerous when I am picking my nieces up from school. It has been much better since it has been stopped. Please keep it this way!

I park down Denmark road to avoid the Grid lock of traffic down sunny road. Would rather walk an extra 10 mins that join the mayhem!

Would also help if Sunny Road was one-way. With cars parked both sides it's near impossible sometimes to get cars through one way, never mind two!
