Everyone knows high school drivers arent the best drivers, if anything, they are almost with the snowbirds. There should be better security, and more staff survalence in the mornings and after schools to prevent students from getting hit, and lower the crash and accident rates. Most high school students get their license at the age of 16-17. That is too young for teenagers to be driving. By the age of 21 though, students are less likely to be involved in a car accident. Think about it if you are a parent, wouldn't you rather your son or daughter be safer and drive when they are a little more mature? This is why I'm asking for you to sign this petition.
