Dancers/Choreographers Unite to Change the UBCP Master Agreement

This petition is created for UBCP or ACTRA or Apprentice Dancers and Choreographers ONLY.
We are uniting to change the following for the upcoming re-negociations:
- Choreographers MINIMUM Scale Rate to be equivalent to that of a Stunt Coordinator ($850.15/Day). It is currently at $653.78
- Article C409 - Choreographers to "Participate in units assigned to Performers on the aggregate amount of Distributors’ Gross Revenue and will form part of the ratable distribution to performers." The stunt coordinators currently get this.
- The Category "Group Dancers" to be completely deleted from the new agreement and the category to be just called "Dancer". The proposed rate to be the former group dancer rate: $489.73If productions hire 10 or more stunt performers, they don't get paid less. Why are dancers worth less?
-The definition of a choreographer to be revised upon discussion.
