Whereas it has come to our attention that the Board of Governors has or intends to terminate the employment of Dan Palazzola as General Manager of Edgewood, and
Whereas we believe such a termination is both inappropriate and unacceptable in view of Dan Palazzola's years of dedication, extraordinary hard work and successful performance, therefore
Pursuant to the By Laws Article X, Section 2, we hereby request that a special membership meeting be called for the purpose of discussing the continued employment of Dan Palazzola as General Manager of Edgewood and require that no decision concerning this subject shall be taken without a vote of the membership by mail or email.
