Help me fight for my rights because if we don't start with me it could be you or someone you love. I can prove, -Conspiracy -Ford jury -Perjury and many more. I have had an unfair day in court from the get go. I was 19 years old and forced to sign papers I didn't want to sign. And still to this day 8 almost 9 years later I still have problems with the Judges I go in front of. I asked yesterday in court how many times must I make a police report about Sean Hickman taking my visitations away? And I asked how many times must I bring it to court before Judge Jean Reynolds does something? The Judge refused to answer me. She then continued the suspension on my visitation and refuses to let me see my daughter. She also refused to look at Sean Hickman taking my phone visitations away and refused to look at my evidence that I brought before the Cook County Court house in room 203 at 11:30 am on May 18th 2012 in front of Judge Jean Reynolds. All that's left to say is follow the money and you get to the truth My name is Jodi you can reach me at 312-509-3494

As the step-mother of said child, Jodi did not even show up to the court hearing where her visitation and phone calls were suspended. All she needed to do was prove that she was trying to get a job, and set up a reunification plan (including supervised visitations based off of the previous record of bad-mouthing the people who raise her daughter), and start paying the child support she refused to pay. As far as the allegations of bribery, how could someone who worked part time jobs and lived with his patents for years to take care of their daughter afford a bribe? Be the parent you keep saying you are. File a motion to get your rights back. You don't need a petition, you need to do the work.

Ive known Jodi for awhile. She one of the most reliable and sincere women i know. She's been loyal to the courts request. I personally feel she earned and deserves to be fully heard. She has been loyal to everything required. If i may be off further notice. Contact me at 708-510-5716. Sincerely Daniel Kasper.

I have spent lots of time with Jodi and her other daughter, Ava. Jodi is an amazing mother; she is nurturing, kind, giving, attentive, and loving. She is someone that would put her Childs life before her own, as any parent should. Separating a mother from her child is just wrong and cruel. Especially separating a child from a mother like Jodi that would help her child to grow to their full potential. A daughter needs her mother. Please give Jodi back her wrights that were wrongfully taken. The time taken away from Jodi can't be given back, but the situation can be corrected.

Shes a wonderful mother an she deserves to have her kids apart of her life , she doesnt deserve to have to go through this anymore after so many years , she should have every right to have her daughter apart of her life .

Judge Reynolds needs to removed from the bench as she, certainly in my case, finds her biases above the law.

So the fact of the matter is that I was at court and I did do an appeal on the Judge so for Nicole to be correct the appeal wouldn't have happened IF I didn't show up to court. Stay tuned I will have the appeal case number up on this site very soon and anyone who wants to go to the appellate court to see the truth of the matter is welcome to because it is a public case. So I was at court and Nicole's little number chart means nothing but the fact that she and Sean are very scared of this petition
