Flagrant violation of Court orders at Dahihandi Festival at Thane 2015

Nexus between politicians and bureaucrats has been proved again. These unscrupulous politicians have polluted our religion. BJP's Shelar on which authority was asking police to withdraw cases? Shinde and Vichare's strength at Thane is spineless corrupt Corporation and Police. Courts have not succeeded in bringing these miscreants to books yet.

Congratulations. Yesterday Courts have ordered to take strict action against errant pendols and officers who ignored this irregularity. Courts also have ordered to take action against those who have violated noise pollution rules during Dahihandi festival. Hope actions are taken.

Time to put your foot down and stop this madness!!

This is a clear reflection of our failed democracy. We have number democracy. Look at Kalyan Dombivali. It is in a pathetic civic condition. The same political parties which ruled for last few decades will get elected again. Same politicians have hijacked our innocent festivals. Some radical reforms only can change this situation. One thing is certain that all these politicians are leading us to anarchy. I support this petition.

You are right Karandikar. Disease needs surgery and not jadi buti. Police can arrest these violators. Courts should ask them to do that. Thats what they do if you and me break law. Do these politicians have some privileges, which I do not have. Repeated violations of Court orders will make Courts irrelevant and politicians strong.

I agree that Courts have become irrelevant. It is a great threat to Rule of Law. Courts should initiate specific actions against these rabid politicians. If they do not care for Court orders how can a commoner can even mildly protest against them? The disease has become cancerous and Courts are prescribing medicines now useless even for simple cough and cold. I salute you Dr. Bedekar for your courage. I wish I had 1/100 th courage you have. I represent a common citizen at Thane, frustrated.

Good luck to Courts. We are either too innocent or fools. Courts have already given strong guidelines. Shindes and Vichares are beyond Court orders. Bapats and Shelars are ordering police not to register cases against those who violate guidelines laid down by Courts. Why Courts are not taking any action against these miscreants? Courts have become irrelevant. Sad but it is ground reality. Now Courts should act and not give only guidelines.

Yesterday Courts have taken serious note of lawbreaking manuals. Courts should punish officers those who ignored flagrant violation of guidelines. There is a nexus between politicians and these officers and police. Unless and until they are punished, nothing is going to change.

Frustrating. Helplessness is more painful. At Thane and Mumbai middle call took processions by blocking the road. Some were dancing vulgarly. I am not proud of my religion today.

Common man is also equally responsible for this menace. Even today I saw large numbers joined procession and blocked roads for hours at Thane. How can be they so insensitive to fellow citizens? I support the petition.
