Sir, I read your ipetition. I totally agree with the opinions expressed in it. It is a tragedy that middle class people in this city have to fight for their right of trouble free life. It's a well known fact that the way our major festivals are celebrated by the various organisations is literally creating lots of problems for common people and maligning the image of our country world-wide. As a common man I feel that our public representatives should concentrate on providing good civic facilities and promoting democratic sense among the youngsters rather than misguiding them by making them to participate in such 'Utsavs'. Sir, we thank you for echoing the concerns of common people like us.

Good afternoon Sir! I read the petition thoroughly and found that each and every word written in it is correct. We are living in 21st century and our public representatives yet need to know the common civic sense. It is really a tragedy. Most of the major 'Dahi Handi' Utsavas in our city caused severe traffic jams and created nuisance for hospitals and other such services. One should understand that such type of celebrations of festivals is resulting in creating lots of problems for common people. It also results in noise pollution which is hazardous for health. Sir, we as the residents of Thane really appreciate the efforts made by you for relieving the common man from this big problem.
