The demolition orders are officially canceled and the future of the vineyard is secure for the Nassar family. Seeing the land protected after all this uncertainty brings me immense peace. Thank you for staying by our side through this fight.
We, the undersigned call on the government of Israel to withdraw all nine of the demolition orders placed on nine structures at Daher's Vineyard, which operates the Tent of Nations project close to the village of Nahalin, near Bethlehem.
The papers were served in Hebrew on Thursday 27th May, with only three days to challenge the order. The structures make up an important part of the livelihood of the Nassar family and pose no security threat to Israel or the surrounding area.
The land was bought in 1924 by Daher Nasser and to this day the Nasser family hold the original land papers from the time of Ottoman, British, Jordanian and Israeli governance. We therefore call on the co-operation of the Israeli Military Authority and the Israeli Civil Administration to reverse all nine of the demolition orders.
Watching the count rise for the Nassar family feels like a glimmer of hope after so many sleepless nights. We need to hit that next goal before the military authorities can ignore us completely.

Seeing the count climb toward one hundred shows that people truly care about the land the Nassar family has held for generations. I need you to pass this link to someone who has not seen it yet so we can hit this goal before the authorities ignore our plea.

Please stop this. My family visited the tent of nations years ago and it is such a peaceful place. This is just cruel.

This family has been there for generations. Let them keep their land and stop these unfair demolitions.
