National Government continues to drag its heels in energy policy compared to other nations and maybe a bottom up approach is what is needed to convince them to invest in change.

Following the positive outcome of the Paris Climate Change Talks, reducing CO2 emissions should be the concern of all. Local councils should be taking the lead on this. There is a tendency to consider it a 'Green' issue rather than a priority for all. I would like to see this change for the sake of future generations and our planet.
