Agreed! My mother works at AA so she doesn't need flight benefits but my older boys do!

My mom is 96 and does not travel and would love to be able to get my children to travel as D3C. We travel very little but it would be great to go on VC with one of my children

I totally disagree. At this age they are no longer children, they are adults which can get their own job with their own perks as all the employees have done present and in the past. American Airlines is a fair company and I am sure realizes that this will not stop here. Soon it will be the adult children have children and they need them to travel with them as well. I am a retired American Airlines employee that has worked myself, on the job for the airline for this EMPLOYEE benefit. My parents also received passes however my mother by her choice only flew one trip and never had we ask for a trade up. Parents are only going to travel so long but an adult child over 25 has just began to live. I am asking that you do not accept this request for adult children to replace parents. Such a selfish request for those not yet retired but one day may unless they leave the airline which their children then will not receive the perk then but leave the rest to struggle to get on. Again I thank you for your consideration.

I agree I have one child and she's a D3 why no one else beside my mom uses my passes. Because you can't get on any flight with a D3.

I been AA with American for 30 years I wich can give my children more than 24 years a D2 or D1 at least once a year
