I am proud owner of Pebble 1st generation and Pebble Time. Both are Kickstarter Editions. There is a solution for Russian support for Pebble 1st and Pebble Steel - pebblebits.com though it is still unofficial. And I have to say that while there is no Russian support for Pebble Time of any kind, the most important feature for the smart watches as notifications remains just useless for Russian speakers.
