I was looking at the screen and just realized how much this has exploded because I honestly thought it would stay a small local thing for way longer. It is wild to see so many people agreeing that we need a way to ride between Creston and Crawford Bay without dodging traffic the whole time.

I have cycled the east shore many times and find it dangerous. As part of the Trans Canada Trail and receiving much more cycling use I do feel either proper shoulders or a separate path is needed.
Yes, I would only ride this section of road with a designated safe route; I have wanted to do this for a long time, but no shoulder, no go! Hope it can come about. It is a tourism draw, and would boost the local economy.
YES! To a cycle path on the east shore both for locals and for tourists. Gorgeous riding and a huge economic boost for the area.
The highway is way to busy for bikes right now. I drive it all the time and I honestly hate passing cyclists because there is just no room. Would be great to see this happen.
So scary biking this area with kids. We need a path badly!
This is so needed before someone gets killed on that stretch of road

This is one of our favorite bicycle tours in the area! However, the blind hills and corners, especially going north, can be quite dangerous for cyclists or pedestrians. ANY shoulders, or a separate cycle path would be ideal.
