Between the vm issues, the constant need for troubleshooting during class, and important information being omitted in this version of the bootcamp as compared to the others before it, I sign this petition.

The persistent technical issues in this Cybersecurity Bootcamp have seriously impacted our learning experience. Key concepts are being overlooked, and many of us are forced to rely on external resources like TryHackMe to keep up. Additionally, assignments feel misaligned with our current understanding, and feedback is often delayed due to technical problems. The course materials contain incorrect information, and valuable class time has been wasted due to systems not being set up properly. A significant portion of our time was spent troubleshooting instead of learning. I feel like I have wasted my time and do not feel adequately prepared for the workforce. Given the significant investment we've made, I believe a refund is a fair resolution.

The most significant issue I encountered in this class was the virtual machine crashing, and considering the amount of money I paid, it was not worth the investment

Constant issues with VM making it unable for us to get our work done for the course

Had to take out a loan to pay for this class only for so many issues with the VMs and an unorganized curriculum.

Though I do value our Instructor and he as done everything to keep us a float, I feel the constant errors and technically failures have really hindered are ability to learn and progress especially now that we are in the home stretch of the class.

Very unorganized, but very expensive bootcamp.

This bootcamp is expensive and I truly can't say its been worth it. VMs constantly not working, student support not responding, its a faulty education that gave us undelivered assurances.

This program has put my life on a financial standstill, I am barely scraping by and I feel as if I’m not really getting anything from this course.

I appreciate our instructor's expertise, but I'm deeply disappointed by the persistet technical problems during the Cybersecurity Bootcamp. These issues have set back our learning progress, making it difficult to benefit fully from the course. The recurring virtual machine failures and errors in materials have been particularly frustrating, and I believe these issues have compromised the quality of the education promised.

I’m very disappointed with this cybersecurity course. I’ve been experiencing constant issues with the virtual machines, which make it impossible to fully engage with the content. Additionally, the course structure and delivery make it difficult to retain important information. As I’m not receiving the value I expected, I would like to request a refund for the course. I hope you can understand my frustration and take appropriate action.

I enrolled in this bootcamp expecting a top-tier cybersecurity education, not a cascade of technical failures and disorganization. Instead of a structured and effective learning experience, I’ve encountered constant virtual machine crashes and blatant errors. This caused me to fall behind on certain modules. The program’s inability to function as advertised has wasted my time, disrupted my learning, and failed to meet even basic professional standards. If you do not believe me, please watch the recording where half the class complains to the instructors. The instructors for the class are top-notch and deserve better.

As a paying student, I expected a high-quality cybersecurity education, not constant technical failures and confusion. The bootcamp's inability to deliver on its promises due to persistent virtual machine crashes, careless typos, and overall poor execution made learning frustrating and inefficient. A full refund is the only fair resolution for students

They decided to close down all bootcamps halfway through the course and offered "severance" to the instructors, from that point on, the tech issues increased dramatically and the assistance decreased dramatically. The instructors did all they could, but we were promised a substantial amount of "hands-on" to which was not help up. This will be the last bootcamp, and you can tell all the behind the scenes people have a foot out the door.
