Petition for Refund Due to Substandard Quality of Cybersecurity Bootcamp

We, the undersigned, are requesting a full refund for all students enrolled in the recent Cybersecurity Bootcamp. The course provided was of unacceptable quality, causing significant disruption to our learning experience. Students faced repeated issues with virtual machines breaking down, which hindered progress and wasted valuable class time. Additionally, numerous typos in passwords and other materials created confusion and wasted hours of effort, further undermining the quality of instruction. Given the ongoing technical issues and the failure to meet the advertised standards of the program, we believe a refund is the only fair resolution.
We respectfully request that the organizers address these concerns promptly and issue a full refund to all affected students.

The momentum is undeniable and growing fast. This proves that we are not the only ones who feel cheated by the current state of the program.

They decided to close down all bootcamps halfway through the course and offered "severance" to the instructors, from that point on, the tech issues increased dramatically and the assistance decreased dramatically. The instructors did all they could, but we were promised a substantial amount of "hands-on" to which was not help up. This will be the last bootcamp, and you can tell all the behind the scenes people have a foot out the door.
The persistent technical issues in this Cybersecurity Bootcamp have seriously impacted our learning experience. Key concepts are being overlooked, and many of us are forced to rely on external resources like TryHackMe to keep up. Additionally, assignments feel misaligned with our current understanding, and feedback is often delayed due to technical problems. The course materials contain incorrect information, and valuable class time has been wasted due to systems not being set up properly. A significant portion of our time was spent troubleshooting instead of learning. I feel like I have wasted my time and do not feel adequately prepared for the workforce. Given the significant investment we've made, I believe a refund is a fair resolution.
Between the vm issues, the constant need for troubleshooting during class, and important information being omitted in this version of the bootcamp as compared to the others before it, I sign this petition.
The most significant issue I encountered in this class was the virtual machine crashing, and considering the amount of money I paid, it was not worth the investment
Constant issues with VM making it unable for us to get our work done for the course
Had to take out a loan to pay for this class only for so many issues with the VMs and an unorganized curriculum.
Though I do value our Instructor and he as done everything to keep us a float, I feel the constant errors and technically failures have really hindered are ability to learn and progress especially now that we are in the home stretch of the class.
