Regardless of who the winner was, it stands to reason that the President-Elect should be allowed to serve. Any objections could have been brought up prior to the elections

One is innocent until proven guilty. How can the charges take precedence over the democratic process? Who is CWA? Who is this Christopher Shelton? If I were to charge Christopher Shelton with a crime, is he going to be suspended too?

RESPECT OUR VOTE!!! I am beyond outraged by CWA - TNG and their Temporary Administrator Carrie Adams-Briggs' continued destructive and divisive actions toward Local 39000. Basta with the bullying, reprisals and undermining of our organization and the membership. As a dues paying member, I demand recognition of our duly elected Board. Ms Aranguren is our democratically elected President.

I have not always agreed with Ms Aranguren, sometimes strongly disageed, but it was the democratic decision of the majority of the members to elect her and that decision should be respected, especially today when teachers and school employees in West Virginia, Oklahoma and elsewhere are providing an example to the rest of the labor movement of the organizing capacity and fighting wisdom of the rank and file.

I am outraged by what CWA is doing to our membership. Its time they respect our democratically elected board. CWA is more destructive and a bigger enemy than the Administration, all in the name of taking and keeping our dues.
