Please pass legislation ERI which would greatly benefit me. This would prevent me from incurring a 27% penalty for early retirement. Thank you so very much.

I believe that ERI should be granted to all NYC employees who are 55 years and older and have 20 or more years of service. This will help prevent younger employees who may not have had the opportunity to take a civil service exam yet, from losing their jobs.

I would like the ERI signed into law. I would definitely like to be part of the ERI as it would be beneficial to myself and many others.
