Static is, in my opinion, definitely a DC hero that deserves more recognition. Other than the fact that Static Shock was one of my favorite Saturday morning cartoons, I think the show would bring attention to the horrors of gang violence and the need to see it come to an end.

CW Already made Black Lightning. Good Static story though. Write a Spec for Black Lightning and submit it. They're not trying to mix in the world with others "yet".
