The undersigned members hereby petition the Cobblestone Woods Board of Directors to set the earliest reasonable date, time, and venue for a special meeting for the purpose of voting to approve or deny the special assessment to replace the roofs, and that notice and ballots be sent to the owners in accordance with the governing documents of the Cobblestone Woods Homeowners Association.

The Board clearly stated that the amount of the special assessment exceeds the 115% Threshold:The Illinois Common Interest Community Association Act (ICPA) includes a provision stating that if the combined regular and special assessments for the current year exceed 115% of the previous year's total, unit owners have the right to challenge the assessment.
