Final supporters
Due to the private board meetings resulting in the community not having an option to voice concerns, we would like to recall the current president and re-elect one that will keep the community better informed. The community should have the right to decide on hiring attorneys, etc. when money is being spent. The board does not need legal protection by attorney or insurance policies. They are covered within the CCR's.

I just wanted to remind everyone that each property has ONE vote in the HOA. If you are a couple sharing a property than you share a vote. If a majority is needed for this petition, we will need 16 HOUSEHOLDS to sign, not 16 individuals. For instance, my husband and I only count for one vote in the HOA because we share one lot in Chisum Valley Subdivision.

Since many of those signing share a household, we may need more to sign the petition. A total of 32 if everyone shares a household with another signer.
