I am signing as a former Cutters player and current Cutters coach.
As someone who currently works for a non-profit organization, I’m deeply concerned about Cutters’ delay of an annual election and the lack of transparency and communication to its membership.
As someone who grew up in the Cutters Club, was taught the fundamentals of soccer and was able to play soccer at a collegiate and Olympic Development Program level, and now has returned to the club for the 5th year as a coach, I’m concerned about the drastic changes the Cutters Board of Directors is taking to change the soccer culture that has been created over the years.
Cutters is my home. I expect and demand the Cutters Board of Directors to treat the members, players, parents, and coaches with respect and value. We have all donated our time and support to this program for years.
